What is it Like to Join Beyond Fifty?
Begin with our head-to-toe evaluation designed by a Nurse who is also a certified personal trainer (CPT). Then work with one of our amazing CPTs who will listen and build an exercise program targeting your individual needs. Our CPTs are very knowledgeable about how to meet the needs of older adults in a safe and effective way. They will show you what to do and how best to use our floor equipment in your program. As you make progress, a CPT can help adjust your program.

Our fun and energizing classes can be your primary exercise focus or a supplement to your individual floor workouts. Our various classes focus on cardio, movement, functional fitness, flexibility and balance, yoga and more. They are also a great way to meet your peers who will always be encouraging. No show offs in these classes! Check out our class schedule for the month.

Working more regularly with a CPT is an option many members find helpful to keep motivated and get the most out of their exercise. Consider treating yourself to sessions with a CPT – how often as older adults do we get to do something just for ourselves to feel better?
